Ms. DANG THI HONG NGOC Board Member, Deputy General Director, Head of C&S Division MEng, BSc in Civil Engineering, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE)

Ms. Dang Thi Hong Ngoc has a Master’s degree – C&S Engineer in construction engineering with more than 19 years of experience in project management, construction, and structural design for civil, industrial and some other fields with domestic and foreign investment capital in Vietnam, including:

• Analysis and design for structures and foundation
• Supervision consultants
• Design review/assessment
• Project management

After graduating from university and masters, Ms. Ngoc started her career as a structural engineer with Ha Noi Concrete Construction JSCo. In 2006, she joined NDC Consulting then became Vice Head of C&S Division in 2008. She has been appointed as Head of the C & S Division since 2015 and as Deputy general director of NDC since 2021.
