DESCRIBE PROJECT
The second tallest building in Hanoi, with 65 stories at a height of 267 meters and a total floor area of 247,077 sqm. A mixed-use commercial building with premium department stores, boutique hotels, serviced residences, class-A business offices, observatory, hypermarkets, bars and restaurants. Completed construction and operated in 2012.
