NDC Design & Consulting, 20 years of Non-stop Developing & Contributing

On September 5th, 2025, amidst the charming Autumn weather of Hanoi and in harmony with the jubilant atmosphere of the A80 Grand Celebration of the nation’s 80th National Day, NDC Design and Consulting Company proudly commemorated its 20th Founding Anniversary. We were deeply honored to welcome esteemed guests to share in our joy, including Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan, former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, former Minister of Construction; Prof. Dr. Sc. Nguyen Van Lien, former Deputy Minister of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Structural and Construction Technology (VASCT); Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, former Deputy Minister of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association (VUPDA); A/Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Anh, Director General of the Department of Construction Enterprise Management, Ministry of Construction; Dr. Hoang Ung Huyen, Secretary General of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS). The event was also graced by representatives from various State Management Agencies, domestic and international Investors, Partners, and numerous of valued colleagues and friends (Figures 1-3).

Ms. Le Thi Bich Lien, General Director, delivered the opening speech, warmly welcoming all esteemed guests, retired staff members, as well as NDC’s architects, engineers, and employees. She reviewed the Company’s formation process, its developmental milestones, and key achievements over the past two decades, and extended her deepest gratitude to the Agencies, Investors, Partners, and Colleagues who have consistently accompanied and supported NDC Company throughout its 20-year journey (Figure 4).

Dr. Hoang Ung Huyen, Secretary General of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS), delivered a congratulatory address on behalf of the Association and presented a Certificate of Merit in recognition of NDC Company’s outstanding achievements in the development and growth of VECAS (Figure 5).

Mr. Lee Sang Chul, General Director of VIESTA Co., Ltd., representing the Clients, delivered a congratulatory speech to NDC, which he presented charmingly in Vietnamese (Figure 6).

Architect Steve Van Aelst, Architecture Director of Van Aelst | Nguyen & Partners, representing the Partners, delivered a congratulatory address (Figure 7).

Mr. Nguyen Dang Can, the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NDC Company, delivered a vote of thanks to all esteemed guests and officially declared the banquet open (Figure 8).

Dr. Nguyen Truong Thang, Deputy General Director, presented descriptions for the photos featured in the NDCers’ self-made video clips, illustrating our 20-year journey of development [1,2] (Figure 9).

The esteemed guests enthusiastically contributed their songs and performances to congratulate and share the joy with the entire NDC family (Figures 10-12).

During the banquet, the esteemed guest joined NDC’s leaders and all generations of staff in raising a toast to celebrate this special anniversary and enjoyed a selection of Hanoi’s distinctive culinary specialties (Figures 13-17).

Expressing our deepest gratitude for the enthusiastic support and assistance from the Agencies, Investors, Partners, and Colleagues over the past 20 years, the A20 Anniversary Celebration of NDC Design and Consulting Company concluded, leaving lasting good impressions on all esteemed guests. The event filled the Board of Directors, the Leadership, and every member of the greater NDC family with joy and pride. We are all excited and confident to stand side-by-side, continuing our journey forward and striving towards new successes in the future (Figures 18-20).
