Mr. NGUYEN TRUONG THANG

Dr. Nguyen Truong Thang has over 25 years of experience in consulting, design and R&D activities for structural engineering of civil and industrial projects in Vietnam and Singapore. His specialty includes:
- Analysis and design for structures and foundation
- Quality and project management
- Design review/assessment, coordinator and management
- Design coordinator and management
- Structural fire engineering
- R&D in advanced structures
Starting his career with CDC Corporation in 1996 as a structural engineer, Dr. Thang became Deputy Manager of the Civil & Structural Division in 2002. He joined NDC Consulting in 2005 as a Director in charge of the civil & structural discipline. During 2008-2013, he was involved in a number of consulting projects of the Housing Development Board (HDB) and Land & Transportation Authority (LTA) in Singapore before obtaining his doctorate degree in structures from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He has been appointed as Deputy General Director of NDC Consulting since 2013.
